Sppero accepts cash, UPI/direct payment, online payment via Razorpay, and Sppero Wallet (prepaid balance). You can choose your preferred method before confirming a booking.
Download the Sppero Buddy app, register with your phone number, and upload your driving licence, vehicle RC, insurance, and a selfie. Our team verifies documents within 24 hours and you can start accepting rides.
Referral rewards are credited to both you and your friend only after your friend completes their first ride on Sppero. Simply sharing the code or registration is not enough — the first ride must be completed.
Earnings are credited to your Sppero Buddy wallet after every completed ride. You can request a payout to your bank account or UPI ID from the app. Sppero processes payouts automatically via Razorpay, typically within a few hours.
Cancellation is free within 2 minutes of booking or before a driver is assigned. After that, a fee of ₹25–₹50 applies depending on how far the driver has traveled. See our full Cancellation Policy for details.
When you pay for rides using your Sppero Wallet balance, you earn automatic cashback on every transaction. The cashback is added directly back to your wallet and can be used for future rides.
Open the Sppero app, go to the completed ride, and tap "Report Issue". Select the appropriate category. For urgent safety emergencies, use the SOS button available during active rides. Our safety team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
